Colonel Joseph Harlok recently promoted and transfered to the Battlestar Neptune as it's Executive Officer replacing the previous retiring XO.

Colonel Harlok has served recently as the XO of NAS Anatolia in Aerelon city and before that LSO on the Battlestar Triton.

Colonel Harlok is an officer who went Green to Gold (Enlisted to Officer) with a voice made to cut over the din of an active flight deck.
